Aquí los pasos:
1. Obsérvate, escúchate, siéntete. Si meditas o no, si crees que tienes tiempo o no… Toma un momento para recordar al menos 3 de tus aprendizajes más significativos, lo que sientes que más te han “servido” o que más valoras.
- Escríbelos.
- Frente a ellos elige la palabra que mejor describa la forma cómo crees que adquiriste ese aprendizaje: VER-ESCUCHAR-HACER
- Toma un momento más para sacar ya tus primeras reflexiones.
Ahora haz el mismo ejercicio con las cosas que sientes que más te ha costado aprender (en el trabajo, el tu vida familiar, personal o social), pregúntate de qué manera has tratado de aprenderlo y: ¿de qué manera crees que funcionaría más?
2. Realiza un test de Canales o estilos de aprendizaje.
3. Date un tiempo consciente para analizar tus resultados y define como mínimo 3 acciones concretas para alimentar conscientemente cada canal. Aquí un par de ejemplos para cada CANAL:
- VISUAL: Elige una película o compra un libro sobre eso qué quieres aprender. Ayúdate con recordatorios en post-it.
- AUDITIVO: Prueba con un audio libro. Asiste a conferencias y seminarios. Ayúdate repitiendo en tus palabras lo que has entendido y si puedes grábalo en audios que puedas reproducir después.
- KINESTÉSICO: Luego de leer o ver las instrucciones o conceptos, busca la manera de experimentarlo o probarlo en ti (siempre de manera segura 😉 ). Asiste a talleres. ¡Ayúdate moviendo tu cuerpo mientras aprendes algo nuevo -cómo mínimo camina!
